Start of 2007-2008 Season
The long awaited 2007-2008 season finally arrived on October 26th against one of the toughest teams, Marian. The score was 8 to 3 with Marian winning but Valpo definitely picked up the pace by the end of the game. Congratulations to Pat for scoring his first goal.
Saturday game was a win against Penn Black
with a score of 9 to 0.
It looks like this season should be the season of brotherly love. It will be great to see Mike and Pat on the ice together along with John and Zach. It looks like we'll have to wait til late in the season (hopefully) to see Chris and Phil skate together.
Mark your calendars and invite your friends.
All the players are looking forward to November 10th game against Penn Gold. The players will finally have a large student cheering section. The team is sponsoring a bus from Valpo to the Ice Box. So you don't want to miss this game. It should be AWESOME.
